Exchange Policy: If you receive a damaged product or a product that cannot be used due to our error, we are happy to arrange an exchange for you. To qualify for an exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Send an email to help@placeofaroma.com with the subject line "Exchange Request - Order #[Insert Order Number]" and photos of damages within 5 days of receiving the item.
Include Information: In your email, include the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the exchange
- Clear photos of the damaged item, if applicable
Approval: Our customer support team will review your request and provide approval for the exchange if it meets the criteria.
Return Shipping: If your exchange request is approved, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the unused product to us.
Replacement: Once we receive the unused product and verify the issue, we will promptly ship a replacement product to you at no additional cost.
