I purchased three candles and the box was so flimsy that the first candle I picked up fell right thru the bottom and shattered. A real disappointment.

Our candles are typically individually wrapped and secured within their packaging, so hearing that one fell through the bottom of the box is very unusual and something we’d like to look into.
