Shipping Policy for Place of Aroma

Shipping Times:

  • All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days if the product is in stock.

  • Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the following business day.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping Carriers: We primarily use the following carriers for shipping:

  • UPS

  • USPS

  • In rare occasions, FedEx may also be used for shipping.

Tracking Information:

  • Tracking information will be provided for all orders.

  • Customers will receive an email with tracking details once the order has been shipped.

Incorrect Address:

  • If a customer enters an incorrect shipping address, it is their responsibility to contact the chosen carrier directly to resolve the shipping issue.

  • Place of Aroma will not be responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Delivery to Incorrect Address:

  • If an item is delivered to an incorrect address due to an error by the carrier, customers are advised to contact the carrier directly to resolve the delivery issue.

  • Place of Aroma will not be responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses caused by carrier errors.

Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order.

  • Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process.

Shipping Delays:

  • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Place of Aroma is not liable for any delays in shipping that may be caused by weather conditions, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping:

  • At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer support.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues:

  • If an order is returned to Place of Aroma due to shipping issues (e.g., incorrect address provided by the customer), the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred to reship the order.
